Gender pay gap rules in detail

    There are no statutory obligations regarding gender pay gap reporting in Argentina.

    There is a constitutional mandate (replicated in labour law, the law on protection of women, and legislation specifically addressing equal payment) setting out the principle of equal payment between men and women. Argentina has also ratified the International Labour Organisation convention on equal payment.
