Gender pay gap rules in detail
There is no specific reporting obligation in relation to gender pay differences.
However, under the Labour Standards Act, which stipulates equality of gender pay, the relevant government agency or labour standards inspectors may require an employer or worker to submit a report or may order an employer or worker to appear before the Administrative Authority under the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Labour Standards Act, Article 104(1) and (2)).
