Selection order for dismissals and layoffs in detail

For individual or collective dismissals for economic reasons, the employer must follow certain statutory criteria. These stipulate that the employer must first consider employee performance and then apply social criteria, such as family or financial status, years of service and ability to find alternative employment. For collective dismissals, the employer should also follow a social plan.
