National minimum wage in detail

As from 1 January 2019 the minimum monthly wage for full-time work is EUR 540 and the minimum hourly wage is EUR 3.21. The minimum wage is agreed between the Estonian Trade Union Confederation and the Estonian Employers’ Confederation, usually on an annual basis, and set by the Government of the Republic Regulation. There are no gradations to the wage based either on type of work or other factors.
